Sidecar Coffee Roasters opened in November 2012 in downtown Cedar Falls, Iowa. Within a year, they opened their first coffee shop in Cedar Falls, followed by two more shops in Waterloo, Iowa. Late in 2016, Sidecar Coffee Roasters moved its expanded roasting operation to the LEED Certified, solar powered historically preserved Wonder Bread bakery in Downtown Waterloo, with their coffee beer collaborators, Single Speed Brewing Company.
Since the beginning Sidecar Coffee Roasters has been committed to selecting special coffees from around the world and roasting in small batches to maximize their potential. As a result, coffee never sits around long. You’ll taste the difference!
Their philosophy is simple: coffee should be fun. It should speak to you and make you smile. The goal of Sidecar Coffee Roasters is to listen to coffee and let it sing.
