Our top priority is the well-being of our guests and team members. We are working very hard during this evolving and unprecedented time to ensure we can continue to serve you our premium coffee, tea, gelato and other products you love, while also protecting your health and safety.
With this as our mission, we have decided to temporarily modify some of our operations.
Starting March 17, we will seal all drinks ordered online in FDA and USDA compliant low density polyethylene film bags.
We will also continue to offer delivery, and will seal delivery items as well.
Additionally, we will be reducing our operating hours and closing at 8pm every day.
Please, do not bring reusable mugs, tumblers or other containers in to the store. We will only use single use containers at this time.
It’s our honor and privilege to continue serving you, and you can trust that we have taken every measure possible to do so as safely as possible. We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures and our top priority is safely preparing your order.
How to place an order:
- Order online at order.dsmbrew.com. All payments are processed online, and you simply choose the best pick-up time and we’ll have it ready in store on our Quick Pickup shelf.
- Order inside the restaurant and take your order to-go.
- Visit our third-party delivery partners for quick ordering and contactless delivery at participating locations.
We recognize this is an evolving situation and are aware that the state and city may enact their own restrictions on restaurants that may further impact our operations. We are closely monitoring all developments and will continue to take all necessary actions to keep you safe. We are prepared to move quickly, reevaluate operating procedures, and return to normal operations when it is safe to do so. Please continue to check our website for our latest updates.
